Major Rebuild

The Cathedral underwent an extensive renovation project to their facility; which included excavating the old flooring and the existing concrete slab, plaster, painting, HVAC, sound system, pew refinishing, etc. Our team was called in to protect and oversee this wonderful instrument during the year long construction project. We worked with a number of trades from structural contractors to the painting contractors to make sure this piece of architectural music history went without any damage. The instrument is a Roosevelt Organ Opus 520 which was restored by Schantz in 1980. We are happy to say that the instrument looks better than ever surrounded by its new decor.
