• Would you consider donating a used pipe organ to me or my school?
  Although we do our best to promote interest in pipe organs, particularly among young people, we are not usually in a position to donate a pipe organ. (back to top)

  For over twenty years, Kerner & Merchant has served Syracuse and outlying localities with excellent tuning service. We have recently increased our organ tuning personnel, and are in the process of expanding our service area. We accept tuning and maintenance work not only in the Central New York area, but also in such locations as Binghamton, Watertown, Ogdensburg, and most areas of Wayne, Cayuga, Oswego, Onondaga, Cortland, Saint Lawrence, Oneida, Madison, Herkimer, and Chenango Counties. • Do you provide estimates for restorations, rebuilds, or new pipe organs? How much does a quote cost?
  All of our quotes are free. However, we do charge for transportation and mileage. Our business is primarily regional in nature, and we try to limit our jobs to locations within a four-hour drive of Syracuse.   Used pipe organs are often a viable option for our customers and we have installed many. We work closely with John Bishop of the Organ Clearing House to locate the appropriate instrument for your needs. (back to top)

  New instruments are labor-intensive and expensive to build. Prices vary greatly depending on the case, style, action type, and a host of other factors. Please telephone us for more information. (back to top)
